Cancellations
We are not liable for any orders placed in error, and any orders placed online are non-refundable. This includes any errors in selecting shipping options or other order information.
Hire Equipment
50% Holding Fee
If you are making your reservation at least two weeks before your event date, we ask you to pay 50% of the total invoice amount. Prepayments are not refundable but may be applied to a future event.
100% Booking Fee
If you make your reservation less than two weeks before your event date, we ask you to pay 100% of the total Invoice amount.
Non-refundable
Prepayments are not refundable but may be applied to a future event. Whether you made a payment of 50% or 100%, we do not refund prepayments. They are your commitment to us and our commitment to you. Because we do not double book equipment, we have lost the revenue from your event if you cancel. We will always try to work with you to reschedule.
